We are located on FM 646 East, 1 miles west of Highway 146 at the crossroads of FM 646 and FM 3436.    
If you do not put FM 646 East in your GPS, it will take you over to Santa Fe.
  We are on the east side of I-45, right next to Bacliff and Kemah.

We have a huge lot with a great inventory of buildings!


Our newest lot addition is a cabin, the Corner Porch Lofted Barn Cabin
(see below)
Buildings are open all of the time - Office Hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday and Saturday afternoons (closed on Saturday afternoons on holidays and if raining!).

    Delivery times are running from 2-3 weeks so get your order in ASAP and start enjoying your building!
